Return & Refund Policy

At Hubb Abaya, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

• Return Request: Please email us at love@hubbabaya.com with your order number within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. We do not provide return labels.

• Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 days (product price only; shipping fees are non-refundable).

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us to arrange an exchange.

• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service for expensive items.
